This is the privacy policy for Avara Designs (the "Studio", "we", "us"). It explains what information we collect when you use this website or get in touch, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you submit. When you fill out the free-preview form, we collect your website URL, email, and phone number. If you contact us by email or phone directly, we keep that correspondence.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard request logs — IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp — for security and operational purposes.
Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data. It tells us how many people visited a page; nothing more.

What we do with it

Reply to your inquiry, build your free preview, and follow up about the project you asked us about.
Improve the site based on aggregate analytics.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone except service providers we depend on to run the studio (e.g., our email provider, our hosting provider).

Cookies

We don't set cookies for advertising or tracking. We use only essential cookies that are required for the site to function. Plausible Analytics is cookieless.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email riley@avaradesigns.com and we'll respond within a few business days.
